What is the goal for your user on this page?
If someone lands on our home page we want them to quickly learn who we are and what we do.
They should then be able to click a button or link that will take them to another part of the website that is specific to what they are looking for.
Our most important links are JD Genesis Program, Get Involved and Donate.
We want this page to not be super busy. Instead it should be a place to direct what users are specifically looking for
What information needs to be shown on this page?
We need to show some information that helps a user identify as a Donor, a Volunteer, or someone that needs our service.
We would also like to have a place to show the JD Genesis Fellowship Program
The bottom of the page (see SEO law example below).
- We need the “View terms of use and Private Policy” ; EIN:33-4260076 and social links at the bottom of the page.
- We need our Candid Silver Transparency Logo on the bottom of the page as well
Can you show us similar pages from other websites?
https://www.skphilanthropy.com/ – We like how the home page has the main logo with images rolling in the background. We also like how the hamburger menu is at the top of the screen and how the screen changes color (yellow) to show menu options. We also like the “strategic partners” at the bottom and would like to include partners in this way as well. Partner logos can be found here. All are partners except BALIF. BALIF is a SPONSOR. Ultimately, we would like the flow of the website to work like this. We also like how this is sleek and modern.
